Welcome to the Customer Activity Monitoring Platform API Docs!

The purpose of this site is to display endpoints offered by the BAP users. This includes showcasing the purpose of each endpoint, the correct format to communicate with them, and giving users the ability to test directly from this page. Please read the instructions below before continuing.

Environment Selection

Select the environment you want to use: If you choose to update environments after already generating a token. You will need to re-generating using the proper credentials.

Authenticate

1. Locate and copy your Application's Key and Secret
2. If you can't find it, check your email or check your Apigee App name from our BAP Confluence page and get it from Apigee directly.
3. Enter the credentials in the fields below.
4. Verify that the selected environment matches the intended target before generating an access token to avoid authentication issues.
5. Click "Generate Token" to authenticate and receive an access token valid for 1-hour to utilize the API from this page.

Activity History Cache API

The purpose of this API is to retrieve the history of customer actions and events that they have triggered in their activities online. We use this data to gather insights into our customers.

Tags/Audiences API

The purpose of this API is to retrieve tag/audience information which are insights that we have derivied from our customers and activities/actions they have performed in AAOS.
